Georgia has been singing since she was a kid. She was in several specialty choirs throughout school, including performance choirs and all-region choirs. She formed her first band when she moved from Dallas to Denver in her early 20's, where she wrote several songs and got her first taste of being lead in a band. She moved back to Dallas years later, and formed That's What She Said, another original band. Then came Six of the Matter, her first party band, where she sang lead from 2011-2017. She now enjoys singing lead in The Bad #7s.

Brett has been playing guitar since 1988. His early musical influences were 80s metal/rock like Metallica, Van Halen and Joe Satriani. He began to appreciate classic rock, blues and southern rock through Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Allman Brothers and the Eagles. Next came the Soul, R&B and Funk like Stevie Wonder, Parliament, and James Brown. While studying music at the University of Minnesota he formed a funk fusion rock band (Chateau Vertigo) where he got to mix funk, swing, blues and rock with a variety of 7/8 and 5/4 time signatures in the mix. A significant influence along the way was Al Di Meola who mixed in music of many cultures while shredding on a steel string, nylon string or electric guitar. After getting his Bachelor’s of Music in 1998 and moving to Texas he has played lead guitar in Tone, Six of the Matter, CB Radio and The Bad #7s. His most noteable show was at the Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood, CA.
